Refund policy
With proper care my jewelry is meant to last a lifetime. Your experience and satisfaction with my work is incredibly important to me. Due to the nature of the made to order processes, I unfortunately cannot offer refunds. I am happy to discuss an exchange or store credit for certain items purchased online if the item is returned within 14 days.
- Items must be postmarked within the 14 day period.
- Please take care when trying on your new jewelry.
- Jewelry which has been worn or damaged will not be accepted.
- Please send the jewelry in the original packaging with appropriate padding and protection.
- I do not take responsibility for packages lost or damaged.
For made-to-order pieces where sizing is possible a fee will apply. Sizing fees may vary.
I understand special cases may arise which I will navigate on a case by case basis however no full refunds will be made.
